Identification

All guests staying in our apartments are required to present valid photo identification at check-in. If requested, the identification document must also include address. To comply with Danish law, all guests will upon arrival be asked to complete a form stating their address, name, nationality and other information.

Furniture & Equipment

As a tenant, you are liable for all furniture and equipment in the apartment. Under certain circumstances, a deposit may be required for the booking. If this is the case, you will be notified prior to arrival.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome in selected apartments, please note that an additional dog fee will apply. If you wish to bring a dog with you, please inform the reception at the time of booking. The owner of the dog is responsible for any damage to the apartment and the hotel’s property caused by the dog. Moreover, dogs must always be kept on a leash, and the hotel’s property must be kept clean at all times.

Quiet After 22:00

We kindly request that you stay quiet after 22:00 to respect our other guests. If you experience unnecessary noise after 22:00, please feel free to contact our security guard by phone +45 40 17 54 18.

Smoke-free Apartments

All of our hotel apartments are smoke-free apartments. Smoking must take place outdoors. Please use the outdoor metal ashtrays or borrow an ashtray in the reception.
