Upon arriving outside the opening hours of the reception, your keycard will be placed in our safebox outside the reception.
The code for the safebox you will get by contacting the reception within the opening hours.

Parking
Are you traveling by car or renting one?
At Kolding Hotel Apartments we have a private parking lot for our guests.
Access to the parking lot costs DKK 45,- per night. If you want to order parking contact reception by mail or phone (Conditions below).
The hotel car park is equipped with 3 EU type2 electrical charging sockets (11 kw) which can be used via the MONTA app to charge electric cars for hotel guests with a Kolding Hotel Apartments parking sign in the windscreen.

Should the space be occupied, we refer to Kolding Municipality's other spaces for charging. Some are quite close to the hotel and can be seen in MONTA app.

Conditions
The brown zone with 12 parking places are primarily for guests in buildings G, H and I. If alternative parking places are occupied, then our other guests can use the brown zone.
Parking at the hotel can not be guaranteed and it is the "first come, first served" principle that applies.
We have 69 parking spaces and 74 apartments. During holiday periods there may be a shortage of parking spaces.
If all spaces are occupied, we can refer to the parking space at Slotssøbadet, where the following applies:
• Monday-Friday free between 16.00 and 08.00 the day after (Remember to set the parking disc)
• Saturday free from 09.00 (Remember to set the parking disc)
• Sunday all day free
We will refund prepaid parking if there is no space in the hotel parking.
