Kolding Hotel Apartments is a member of the Travel Guarantee Fund. Membership number: 2935.
The Travel Guarantee Fund will cover expenses for packages in the case of bankruptcy.

Complaints Board for Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism.
The Complaints Board handles complaints from groups of consumers concerning services offered by hotels, restaurants, amusement parks, hostels and other companies that for profit offer similar services, if the service and/or presented claim has a maximum value of DKK 150,000.
The Complaints Board was established by the Association of the Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Industry in Denmark (HORESTA) and the Danish Consumer Council (TÆNK).
The Complaints Board consists of two representatives from the industry, one from the Danish Consumer Council and one from the Danish Tourist Board, and has an independent judge as its chairman.
