We want our many guests to return again and again. Therefore, we also reward the business customers who, to a greater or lesser extent, use us as a permanent base in Kolding. Your company can choose between two different company agreements with us.

Furnished and serviced hotel apartments
Our 73 hotel apartments are furnished with beautiful design details, elbow room and clean lines. Each apartment invites you into a spacious living room with TV, which flows into an integrated kitchenette/living room. The rooms in the apartment are all furnished with design classics and kept in light, calm colors because we want to create a feeling of freedom and well-being.
There is a separate bedroom and a bathroom with hairdryer. You can cook your dinner in the kitchen, order take-away or visit one of the many restaurants and cafes that are right outside your door. In the kitchen you will find two hotplates, all white goods, pots and pans and various crockery. It is possible to borrow extra equipment from our loan box, so you can, for example, iron your clothes before work.
Business trip
More than just a room and a bed
Whatever you need after a long day at work, you will find space, peace and freedom with us. You can put your legs up and relax on the sofa in front of the TV with Chromecast. You can make yourself comfortable in the living room and continue working. You can cook your own dinner in the kitchen, order take-away or visit one of the many restaurants and cafes that are right outside your door. You can go for a run in Marielundskoven, around Slotssøen or take a dip in Slotssøbadet, which is right next to Kolding Hotel Apartments.
All our hotel apartments are spacious, bright and tastefully furnished with Danish design and stylish details. There is space here to invite colleagues or other guests to eat, socialize or work, and if you want more people to live in a larger apartment, each with its own bedroom, that is also possible. In other words, you get much more than just a bed to sleep in and the usual facilities you know from a hotel.

Business stays with us are in a large and spacious hotel apartment with a location close to the city center and the surrounding area's many offers: restaurants, cafes, bars, cinemas, venues, theatres, museums and shops. Invite colleagues and business contacts, or enjoy a few days alone on a business trip. Our apartments have plenty of space for 1-6 people, but we also have two castle lake apartments with space for 8 people each. All our hotel apartments are serviced and furnished, have a fully equipped kitchen and always include the below.
