Order

As a customer, you can order via:

  • Telephone 75541800

  • Via booking portal/GDS and possibly via travel agent
  • Hotel app with login: Hotel.ski.dk (waiting for a possible image from the App where we are searched for as a hotel)


The following information must be provided when ordering:

  • Date of arrival and departure
  • number of rooms
  • Personal details of the person(s) who will be staying overnight
  • Possibly. reference number/text
  • Ordering entity: The name of the entity at the Customer that placed the order
  • CVR number of the Customer
  • EAN number of the paying unit or other payment identification
  • Any contact information on the orderer
  • Whether the stay should include breakfast

The agreement is part of the government's procurement program and is therefore used by government institutions. Other public organizations such as regions, municipalities and hospitals have the opportunity to use the agreement as they choose. The agreement also applies to all state employees as well as employees in the municipalities and regions.

SKI offers an allocation application which makes it easy to find Kolding Hotel Apartments that are part of the agreement. The application can be found at hotel.ski.dk and allows users to search for hotels in the Kolding area based on criteria such as environmental certification, ecology, access to charging stations and more.

Cancellation

The cancellation terms below apply, unless the Supplier generally has cancellation deadlines that are more favorable for the Customer, or the Parties agree on cancellation deadlines that are more favorable for the Customer.


Booking of hotel stays with between 1 and 2 rooms:

  • Stays in 1-2 rooms can be canceled free of charge until 16.00 on the day of arrival.


Booking of hotel stays with between 3 and 7 rooms:

  • Up to and including 5 days before arrival, the customer can cancel the final number of rooms ordered free of charge
  • After 5 days and even 2 days before arrival, the customer can cancel free of charge for up to 50 per cent. of the invoicing amount of the final number of rooms ordered.
  • After 2 days and even 1 day before arrival, the customer can cancel free of charge for up to 10 per cent. of the invoicing amount of the final number of rooms ordered.


Booking of hotel stays with between 8 and 15 rooms:

  • Up to and including 15 days before arrival, the customer can cancel the final number of rooms ordered free of charge.
  • After 15 days and even 10 days before arrival, the customer can cancel free of charge for up to 50 per cent. of the invoicing amount of the final number of rooms ordered.
  • After 10 days and even 7 days before arrival, the customer can cancel free of charge for up to 25 per cent. of the invoicing amount of the final number of rooms ordered.
  • After 7 days and even 1 day before arrival, the customer can cancel free of charge for up to 10 per cent. of the invoicing amount of the number of rooms finally ordered.


Booking hotel stays with more than 15 rooms:

  • Up to and including 35 days before arrival, the customer can freely cancel the final number of rooms ordered.
  • After 35 days and up to and including 20 days before arrival, the customer can cancel free of charge for up to 50 per cent. of the invoicing amount of the final number of rooms ordered.
  • After 20 days and even 7 days before arrival, the customer can cancel free of charge for up to 25 per cent. of the invoicing amount of the final number of rooms ordered.
  • After 7 days and even 1 day before arrival, the customer can cancel free of charge for up to 10 per cent. of the invoicing amount of the final number of rooms ordered.
